我院于1960～1965年收治间日瘧196例,其中曾误诊为其他疾病者36例。诊断延误时间为1～12天,平均3.8天。若自发病时间计算,则误诊时间为2～28天,平均8.4天。误诊疾病主要有上呼吸道感染、流行性感冒、细菌性痢疾、伤寒、肝炎、胆囊炎、阑尾炎、支气管肺炎、结核病等。36例全部有发热,其中体温低于39.0℃者11例,高于39.0℃者25例。肝大者10例,脾大者11例。白细胞计数2,000～6,500者30例,6,500～9,500者6例。肝功能检查有明显改变者4例。
In our hospital from 1960 to 1965, 196 cases of vivax malaria were admitted, of which 36 cases had been misdiagnosed as other diseases. Delayed diagnosis of 1 to 12 days, an average of 3.8 days. If the time since the onset of the calculation, the misdiagnosis time is 2 to 28 days, an average of 8.4 days. Misdiagnosed diseases are upper respiratory tract infection, influenza, bacillary dysentery, typhoid fever, hepatitis, cholecystitis, appendicitis, bronchial pneumonia, tuberculosis and so on. All 36 cases had fever, of which 11 cases were below 39.0 ℃ and 25 cases were above 39.0 ℃. Hepatic 10 cases, splenomegaly 11 cases. There were 30 cases with white blood cell count of 2,000 to 6,500 and 6 cases with 6,500 to 9,500. Liver function tests have significantly changed in 4 cases.
