目的探讨拔牙术中心血管意外的预防方法。方法对97例心血管患者在拔牙前采取预防措施,观察患者心血管意外的发生情况。结果无1例发生心血管意外。结论对心血管疾病患者在拔牙术前后做好充分的准备和预防工作,能够避免心血管意外的发生。
Objective To investigate the prevention of vascular accident in central extraction of tooth. Methods 97 cases of cardiovascular patients before tooth extraction to take preventive measures to observe the occurrence of cardiovascular accidents. No one had a cardiovascular accident. Conclusions Cardiovascular patients should be adequately prepared and prevented before and after tooth extraction to avoid cardiovascular accidents.
