由于初中生在生理和心理方面都存在着各种差异,他们的知识基础和思维能力也不尽相同,因此根据他们的这种差异进行分层教学是十分必要的。所谓“分层教学”是指根据学生的数学基础和思维能力进行分层,对不同层次的学生进行差异性教学。分层教学是因材施教的具体应用,能够激发学生学习数学的兴趣,提高教学成果。
