以氢氧化锂、吡啶和六氟磷酸为原料,络合物解离法制备电池级六氟磷酸锂。通过正交试验的优化工艺得到六氟磷酸锂,纯度>99%。由其组装的纽扣电池充电电压平台在4.0V左右,放电电压平台在3.9V左右。在1.0C倍率下,循环20次放电比容量从134.4mAh/g下降至112.0mAh/g,容量保持率达到83.33%,循环效率平均保持在91.38%。
Lithium hexafluorophosphate was prepared by dissociation of lithium hydroxide, pyridine and hexafluorophosphate from the complex. Lithium hexafluorophosphate was obtained by the orthogonal experiment. The purity was> 99%. The button battery charging voltage platform assembled by it is about 4.0V and the discharging voltage platform is about 3.9V. Under 1.0C rate, the discharge capacity of 20 cycles decreased from 134.4mAh / g to 112.0mAh / g, the capacity retention rate reached 83.33% and the cycle efficiency maintained at 91.38%.
