Japan was badly hit by the financial crisis and has a great relationship with the dependence on the U.S. economy The Japanese government introduced a new economic stimulus package of 56.8 trillion yen in total on April 10, of which the supplementary budget alone amounted to 15.4 trillion yuan Japanese yen, and will issue more than 10 trillion yen in deficit bonds as the main source of financial expenditure. Since then, Japan has accumulated a total economic stimulus amount of nearly 650 billion U.S. dollars since August last year, ranking the top in the developed countries. This will be the largest economic stimulus package in Japan’s history. Prime Minister Aso called it “multi-stage rocket.” However, the government’s basic judgment on Japan’s economy is still “deteriorating.” The forecast of the Japanese economy by international organizations is even more discouraging.
