目的：旨在比较忆扩钉固定术前、后椎间孔高度及面积的变化。方法：５具新鲜颈椎标本。于颈４，５间隙旋转植骨忆扩钉固定，在自制方盘上分别摄术前后侧位及左右４５°斜位Ｘ线片。用ＭＡＳ－１型图像分析系统计算椎间孔高度及面积。结果：左侧椎间孔高由术前９．９±０．９ｍｍ增至术后１０．５±１．１ｍｍ。右侧由１０．２±０．７增到１０．４±０．７ｍｍ。左侧椎间孔面积由术前４６．１±４．７ｍｍ２增至术后４８．１±５．７ｍｍ２，增大４．２％。右侧由术前４５．４±５．２ｍｍ２增至术后４７．１±５．４ｍｍ２，增加３．７％。ＳＦ检验均Ｐ＞０．０５。结论：颈椎前路旋转植骨忆扩钉固定对其椎间孔高度及面积略有增加。
Objective: To compare the changes of the height and area of intervertebral foramen before and after the fixation with splinting. Methods: Five fresh cervical specimens. In the cervical 4,5 gap revival bone spine nails, fixed in the self-made square plate before and after surgery were lateral and about 45 ° oblique X-ray. The MAS-1 image analysis system was used to calculate the height and area of the intervertebral foramen. Results: The left intervertebral foramen height increased from 9.9 ± 0.9 mm preoperatively to 10.5 ± 1.1 mm postoperatively. The right side increased from 10.2 ± 0.7 to 10.4 ± 0.7 mm. The area of left intervertebral foramen increased from 46.1 ± 4.7mm2 preoperatively to 48.1 ± 5.7mm2 postoperatively, an increase of 4.2%. The right side increased from 45.4 ± 5.2mm2 preoperatively to 47.1 ± 5.4mm2 postoperatively, an increase of 3.7%. SF test all P> 0.05. CONCLUSION: Spinal anterior cervical revival bone grafts with splayed nails have a slight increase in the height and area of the intervertebral foramen.
