开发智力,提高智商水平,不容置疑。当今社会,情商也逐渐被了解、认知。人与人之间的情商并无明显的先天差别,更多与后天的培养息息相关。作为教师,在教学中一定要重视对学生情商的培养。作为语文教师,不但要用自己的人格去感染学生,用恰当的教学方法去激励学生,更主要的是通过教学内容去感化学生,以达到提高学生情商的目的。
The development of intelligence and the improvement of IQ are beyond doubt. In today’s society, emotional intelligence is gradually understood and understood. Emotional quotient between people does not have obvious congenital differences, and it is more closely related to the training of acquired people. As a teacher, we must pay attention to cultivating students’ emotional intelligence in teaching. As a language teacher, not only use their own personality to infect students, but also use appropriate teaching methods to motivate students.
