自从1960年Maiman制成世界上第一台红宝石激光器以来,国外就有人把激光用于治癌的研究,Mc Guff等人1962年用脉冲红宝石激光进行肿瘤的治疗,发现强脉冲激光能破坏癌瘤。parient1965年应用CO_2连续激光治疗恶性肿瘤发现激光能够封闭血管和淋巴管。Zweng等人1971年把氩激光用于眼底血管瘤的治疗,效果明显。Kiefhaber等人1977年用钕YAG激光治疗胃肠癌病都具有成功的报导。1980年日本东京医科大学
Since Maiman made the world’s first ruby laser in 1960, laser light has been used abroad for cancer research. McGuff et al. used pulsed ruby laser to treat tumors in 1962 and found that intense pulsed laser could destroy cancerous tumors. . Parient applied CO 2 continuous laser in the treatment of malignant tumors in 1965 and discovered that the laser can seal blood vessels and lymphatic vessels. Zweng et al. used argon laser in the treatment of fundus hemangioma in 1971 with obvious results. Kiefhaber et al. reported successful success in treating gastrointestinal cancer with YAG laser in 1977. 1980 Tokyo Medical University, Japan
