向Al-Si合金中添加微量元素的方式通常有三:①熔盐直接反应法;②直接加入金属法;③熔盐电解法。其中方法②对于活泼金属钠、钾等的添加不易控制,容易烧损,常局部过浓生成金属间化合物,需长时间保温均匀化之后才能充分显现变质效果;方法③需要较多量的熔盐以及电解设备,在生产实践中造成不便。而方法①则具有方法简单,成本低廉的优点。
There are usually three ways to add trace elements to Al-Si alloy: ① molten salt direct reaction; ② direct addition of metal; ③ molten salt electrolysis. Among them, the method ② is not easy to control the addition of active metals such as sodium and potassium, and is easy to burn out. In general, the excessive partial formation of intermetallic compounds takes a long time to be homogenized to fully exhibit the metamorphism effect. Method ③ requires a larger amount of molten salt and Electrolysis equipment, causing inconvenience in production practice. The method ① has the advantages of simple method and low cost.
