随着城市卫生服务体系改革和社区卫生服务的大力发展,全国许多城市相继建立起功能合理、具有地方特色的卫生服务网络,并提出了全科/家庭医疗模式。本研究对上海市125个社区卫生服务站卫技人员的现状进行分析,结果表明现有社区卫生服务站的工技人员学历层次低,职称不高,全科医疗知识培训不够。结合目前社区的实际情况,本文对医院内涵建设和全科医生培养进行了探讨。
With the reform of the urban health service system and the development of community health services, many cities across the country have established a health service network with reasonable functions and local characteristics, and proposed a general/family medical model. This study analyzed the status quo of health technicians in 125 community health service stations in Shanghai. The results showed that the technicians in the existing community health service stations had low levels of academic qualifications, low professional titles, and insufficient general medical knowledge training. Combined with the actual situation of the current community, this article discusses the hospital’s connotation construction and general practitioner training.
