鼻粘膜经变应原激发后有多种炎性介质释放入鼻分泌物。在反应的不同阶段,炎性介质也不一样,因此认为有不同的炎性细胞参与不同阶段的反应。在鼻变态反应中,血浆漏出使介质直接与组织接触,可加强炎症反应。没有一种介质能产生变应原激发后的全部炎症反应。如果介质是通过受体发挥作用,应用介质的拮抗剂可以间接地证明介质的作用。在各种介质中,组胺仍是鼻变态反应的最主要介质。
Nasal mucosa after allergen challenge a variety of inflammatory mediators released into the nasal secretions. In different stages of the reaction, inflammatory mediators are also different, so that different inflammatory cells are involved in different stages of the reaction. In allergic rhinitis, plasma leaks the media directly into contact with the tissue and enhances the inflammatory response. None of the mediators produces all of the inflammatory response after an allergen challenge. If the mediator functions through the receptor, the antagonist of the mediator can indirectly demonstrate the effect of the mediator. Histamine remains the most important medium for allergic rhinitis in various media.
