1973年王永龄教授,和上海工业玻璃二厂,试制成功了眼科导光电凝,已被临床广泛应用于视网膜剥离手术,手术效果良好。我们为了提高网剥手术成功率,尤其是后极部裂孔和黄斑部裂孔,为此,将一导光纤维电源,原用两节干电池,现改为冷光源15V——150W 后亮度大,眼内可见性好,因而电凝网剥裂孔,尤其是黄斑部裂孔命中率高,经过多次临床使用,认为冷光源电极电凝确有其优越性。现将初步观察介绍如下:
