丙烯聚合用络合型催化剂是一种以δ-TiCl_3为主的含有醚、铝化合物的催化络合物。它是用烷基铝还原TiCl_3,制得β-TiCl_3,再经异戊醚和四氯化钛处理进一步转化为δ-TiCl_3而制得的。由于所用还原剂为烷基铝,所以产物不是纯TiCl_3,而是含有铝、氯、醚及烃类的复合物,测定催化剂制备各阶段产物中烷基含量有助于了解制备时的反应过程和产物组成,所以有必要建立固体催化剂中烷基含量
