给大鼠静脉注射Evans蓝溶液,切断L1 以下所有腹根,保留背根,横断脊髓,同心针电极刺激承山穴30m in,记录并测定皮肤及内脏组织Evans 蓝的含量。结果表明:连续电刺激右侧承山穴,于左、右侧腰部以下皮肤出现似足太阳膀胱经走行的蓝色渗出。测定其Evans蓝含量显著高于旁开10m m 处( P< 0.01),亦显著高于上背部及异体对照组( P< 0.01)。同时测定内脏组织的Evans蓝含量发现,膀胱、输尿管及生殖系的含量显著高于异体对照组( P< 0.01),穴位刺激经背根反射(Dorsalroot reflex,DRR)可引起同侧和对侧皮肤及皮下组织跨脊髓节段的似循经走行的神经源性炎症反应,同时可引起同侧和对侧相关内脏组织的神经源性炎症反应
Evans blue solution was intravenously injected into the rats, all the ventral roots below L1 were cut off, the dorsal roots were transected, and the spinal cord was transected. The electrodes were stimulated by concentric needle electrodes for 30 mins. Evans blue content of the skin and visceral tissues was recorded and measured. The results showed that: continuous electrical stimulation of the right side of the mountain cave, in the left and right waist below the skin appeared to appear enough to go through the sun blue bladder exudation. The Evans blue content was significantly higher than that at 1 mm (P <0.01) and significantly higher than that in the upper dorsal and allograft controls (P <0.01). Evans blue content in visceral tissues was also measured. The contents of bladder, ureter and germ line were significantly higher than that of allogeneic control group (P <0.01).
