GB/T10300系列标准自1989年8月1日发布实施以来,到目前我部仍有一些航空企业对贯彻GB/T10300系列标准有着模糊认识。他们认为航空工厂目前所执行的《军工产品质量管理条例》和《航空航天工业部质量管理规定》
