针对厚度为2.5mm的TC4钛合金薄板,开展了光纤激光平板对接焊接实验。实验结果表明,在焊缝速度分别为1.8、2.4、3.0m/min及3.6m/min的条件下均可获得成形良好的焊接接头;当焊接速度一定时,随着激光功率的增加焊缝表面氧化程度增加,满足焊缝成形良好的激光功率选择范围较小,一般在300 W左右;焊缝内部存在少量气孔缺陷,气孔的数量随焊接速度的增加而减少;焊缝力学性能优良,拉伸试样均断裂于离焊缝中心较远的母材上。
For the TC4 titanium alloy sheet 2.5 mm thick, a fiber laser flat butt welding experiment was carried out. The experimental results show that the well-formed welded joints can be obtained under the welding speed of 1.8, 2.4, 3.0m / min and 3.6m / min, respectively. When the welding speed is constant, with the increase of laser power, The degree of oxidation is increased, and the selection range of the laser power that satisfies the good weld formation is small, generally about 300 W. There is a small amount of blowhole defects in the weld and the number of blowholes decreases with the increase of the welding speed. The mechanical properties of the weld are excellent. The specimens were all fractured away from the base metal, which is further from the center of the weld.
