目的观察果糖二磷酸镁(FDP-M)对心肌缺血再灌注损伤大鼠血流动力学的影响。方法采用整体大鼠急性心肌缺血再灌注损伤模型,结扎冠状动脉左室前降支30min,再灌注60min。经BL-420E+型生物信号采集和处理系统监测不同时间点大鼠的血流动力学变化。结果40只大鼠进入结果分析。模型组与假手术组相比较,使HR、MAP、LVSP降低,使LVEDP增高、IT延长;各给药组与模型组相比较,可以使降低的HR、MAP、LVSP升高,使增高的LVEDP和IT降低;其中的FDP-M组效果均优于FDP组。各组差异均具有显著性。结论FDP-M能改善心肌缺血再灌注大鼠的血流动力学。其效果优于单用FDP。
Objective To observe the effect of FDP-M on the hemodynamics of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats. Methods The model of acute myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats was used. The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated for 30 minutes and reperfused for 60 minutes. The BL-420E + biosignal acquisition and processing system was used to monitor the hemodynamic changes of rats at different time points. Results 40 rats entered the result analysis. Compared with sham operation group, HR, MAP and LVSP decreased in model group and LVEDP increased and IT prolonged. Compared with model group, the decrease of HR, MAP and LVSP in each group could be increased and the increase of LVEDP And IT decreased; the effect of FDP-M group was better than that of FDP group. Each group differences were significant. Conclusion FDP-M can improve the hemodynamics of myocardial ischemia-reperfusion rats. The effect is better than single FDP.
