荧光检查是中药理化鉴定的内容之一,其方法简单,仪器使用方便。它利用中药所含某些成分能在常光或紫外光灯下产生荧光,作为鉴定依据。一般常用荧光分析仪的光波长为365nm,如用短波254~265nm时,应加说明。笔者收集整理20种中药的荧光试验,介绍如下,供参考。 1.狗脊为蚌壳蕨科植物金毛狗脊Cibotiumbarometz(L.)J.Sm.的干燥根。取生狗脊片折断,置紫外光灯(254nm)下观察,断面显淡紫色荧光,凸起木质部环显黄色荧光。另取本品粉末用甲醇回流提取,取滤液点于滤纸上,置紫外光灯(254mm)下观察,显亮蓝白色荧光。(区别于各种黑狗脊)
Fluorescence examination is one of the contents of the identification of pharmacology. The method is simple and the instrument is easy to use. It uses certain ingredients contained in traditional Chinese medicine to produce fluorescence under normal light or ultraviolet light as a basis for identification. Generally, the wavelength of the light of the commonly used fluorescence analyzer is 365 nm. If the short wave is used at 254-265 nm, it should be added. The author collected and sorted out the fluorescence tests of 20 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines and introduced them as follows. 1. Dog’s ridge is a dried root of Cibotium barometz (L.) J. Sm. The dog’s ridge piece was taken off and observed under a UV lamp (254 nm). The section showed lavender fluorescence, and the raised xylem ring showed yellow fluorescence. Another product powder was extracted with methanol reflux, take the filtrate point on the filter paper, set the UV lamp (254mm) under observation, bright blue-white fluorescence.
