水泥稳定土基层是当今我国二级以上公路广泛采用的基层形式。该基层不仅是公路的主要承重层,而且是影响该条道路最终性能指标的最关键结构层。作为施工者最重要任务就是按照设计方案建成性能符合要求的安全舒适道路,因此基层平整度这一影响道路最终平整度近而直接关系行车舒适性的重要指标,务必引起施工中的高度重视。文章针对基层施工中以下几个方面影响平整度的因素做出简略分析,并提出相应处理办法。其主要内容是:(1)摊铺机技术参数调整不当;(2)摊铺机的摊铺速度不均;(3)摊铺机操作不正确;(4)基层混合料拌合不均及含水量不当;(5)碾压不够规范;(6)接缝处理不够认真。
Cement stabilized soil base is the grassroots form widely used in the roads above Grade II in our country at present. The grassroots level is not only the major load-bearing layer of the road, but also the most important structural layer that affects the ultimate performance indicator of the road. As the most important task of the constructor is to construct a safe and comfortable road that meets the requirements in accordance with the design scheme. Therefore, the primary flatness, which affects the final flatness of the road, is directly related to the important indicator of driving comfort and must be given high priority in construction. The article makes a brief analysis of the factors that affect the smoothness in the following aspects of grassroots construction and puts forward corresponding measures. The main contents are as follows: (1) Improper adjustment of technical parameters of paver; (2) Uneven spreading speed of paver; (3) Incorrect operation of paver; (4) Improper water content; (5) rolling is not enough specification; (6) seams are not serious enough.
