企业新闻宣传工作是党的宣传工作和企业文化建设的重要内容,一方面依托内部简报、报刊、网站、会议等传播载体为贯彻执行好党和国家的路线方针和政策服务,另一方面依托社会大众媒体和传播渠道把企业的优势、品牌、亮点等进行展示,进而为企业改革发展提供舆论导向、思想动力和智力支持。在新时期,企业的新闻宣传工作作为企业文化的有机载体,对内能增强凝聚力、向心力,对外能树立企业形象,提升企业品质,增强竞争能力。要搞好企业文化建设既离不开企业新闻宣传工作的支持与配合,更离不开企业党组织和各级管理者及全体职工的共同参与。
