目的通过研究儿童期虐待与其成人后酒依赖患者家庭功能关系,为酒依赖患者家庭关系的心理干预提供科学的理论依据。方法采用自编酒依赖患者调查表和家庭功能评定问卷对新疆精神卫生中心戒酒科及新疆自治区人民医院临床心理科愿意接受暴力调查研究的135例酒依赖患者进行调查。结果儿童期受虐组问题解决、行为控制因子分均显著低于无受虐组(t=2.02,2.65;P<0.05)。维吾尔族儿童期受虐组行为控制因子分显著低于无受虐组(t=-2.19,P<0.05)。哈族儿童期受虐组情感介入因子分显著低于无受虐组(t=-2.89,P<0.001)。结论儿童期受虐对酒依赖患者家庭功能中的问题解决、行为控制均有一定的影响;维吾尔族儿童期受虐对酒依赖患者家庭功能中的行为控制有一定的影响;哈族儿童期受虐对酒依赖患者情感介入有一定的影响。
Objective To study the relationship between childhood abuse and the family function of alcohol dependency in adults and to provide a scientific basis for psychological intervention in the family relationship of alcohol dependent patients. Methods A total of 135 cases of alcohol dependent patients who were willing to accept the investigation of violence were investigated in the Alcohol Quotient from Family Planning Questionnaire and Family Function Assessment Questionnaire in Xinjiang Alcohol Center for Quit Alcohol and Psychiatry of People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Results Childhood abused group problem solving, behavioral control factor scores were significantly lower than the non-abused group (t = 2.02,2.65; P <0.05). Behavior control factors in Uygur children who were abused in childhood were significantly lower than those in non-abused children (t = -2.19, P <0.05). Affected factor scores in childhood abused group were significantly lower than those in non-abused group (t = -2.89, P <0.001). Conclusions Childhood abuse affects the family functioning of alcohol dependence patients and their behavioral control. The childhood abuse of Uighurs has some influence on the behavior control in family functions of alcohol dependence patients. Abuse affects the emotional involvement of alcohol dependence patients to a certain extent.
