目的:探讨p57kip2和p27kip1蛋白在胰腺癌发生发展中的作用及与临床病理特征的关系.方法:采用免疫组化技术SP法,检测p57kip2和p27kip1蛋白在32例胰腺癌组织和癌旁胰腺组织中的表达情况.结果:p57kip2蛋白阳性表达率在胰腺癌组织中为46.9%,显著低于癌旁胰腺组织(75.0%)(χ2=5.317,P<0.05),并与胰腺癌组织分化程度有关(χ2=4.979,P<0.05),而与淋巴结转移无关(χ2=3.698,P>0.05).p27kip1蛋白阳性表达率在胰腺癌组织中为56.3%,显著低于癌旁胰腺组织(84.4%)(χ2=6.063,P<0.05),并与胰腺癌组织分化程度和淋巴结转移均有关(χ2=5.776;χ2=4.097,P<0.05).p27kip1阳性胰腺癌组p57kip2蛋白表达阳性率50.0%高于p27kip1阴性胰腺癌组p57kip2蛋白表达阳性率42.9%,但二者无显著相关(r=0.19657,P>0.05).结论:p57kip2和p27kip1蛋白的低表达可能与胰腺癌发生发展密切相关;p57kip2和p27kip1蛋白表达均降低有助于胰腺癌的发生及细胞分化程度及预后的判定.
Objective: To investigate the role of p57kip2 and p27kip1 in the pathogenesis of pancreatic cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological features.Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of p57kip2 and p27kip1 protein in 32 cases of pancreatic cancer tissues and adjacent pancreatic tissues .Results: The positive rate of p57kip2 protein in pancreatic cancer tissues was 46.9%, which was significantly lower than that in adjacent pancreatic tissues (75.0%) (χ2 = 5.317, P <0.05), which was correlated with the degree of pancreatic cancer differentiation (χ2 = 4.979, P <0.05), but not lymph node metastasis (χ2 = 3.698, P> 0.05) .The positive rate of p27kip1 protein in pancreatic cancer was 56.3%, which was significantly lower than that in paracancer pancreatic tissue (84.4%) (χ2 = 5.776; χ2 = 4.097, P <0.05). The positive rate of p57kip2 protein in p27kip1 positive pancreatic cancer group was higher than that of p27kip1 The positive rate of p57kip2 protein in negative pancreatic cancer group was 42.9%, but there was no significant correlation between them (r = 0.19657, P> 0.05) .Conclusion: The low expression of p57kip2 and p27kip1 protein may be closely related to the development of pancreatic cancer; p57kip2 and p27kip1 protein Lower expression of pancreatic cancer contribute to the occurrence and degree of cell differentiation And the prognosis of the decision.
