武清、宝坻、静海、宁河和蓟县是远离天津市市区的五个涉农区县(俗称老五县),地域面积近7400平方公里,占全市面积的2/3以上,常住人口约400万人,占全市人口的1/3左右,老五县的社区矫正开展情况直接影响到天津市社区矫正工作的质量和水平。本文仅对天津市五个涉农区县的社区矫正工作状况进行分析,以期达到促进社区矫正工作进一步开展的目的。一、天津市农村地区开展社区矫正工作基本情况截止到2015年8月底,老五县共下设112个司法所,有185名干警和56名从社会招录的辅助人员
Wuqing, Baodi, Jinghai, Ninghe and Jixian are the five agro-related counties (commonly known as Lao Wu County) far away from downtown Tianjin. The geographical area is nearly 7,400 square kilometers, accounting for more than two-thirds of the city’s total area and the resident population is about 400 Tens of thousands of people, accounting for about 1/3 of the population of the city, Lao Wu County, the community correction directly affects the quality and level of community correction in Tianjin.
