在素质教育的推行下,教师都熟知传统教学已经很难适应时代的要求。课堂更注重追求开放性与自由化,但并未完全淘汰传统教学的模式。教师在课前做好备课工作,课堂上又不固守传统,根据班级学生的认知能力做好预设工作,鼓励学生大胆地思考。无论学生回答地对与错,教师都给予鼓励学生并且引领学生随机应变,同时教师也要对学生的疑难困惑做好解答工作。数学课堂在教师和学生的积极努力配合下,更有效地开展,让课堂“预设”与“有效”平衡。
