中国档案学会档案缩微技术委员会于1990年11月23日、24日,在新华社大楼举办了“光盘在档案工作中应用技术交流与设备展示会”,25日还邀请有关人员进行了座谈。这次活动采取了设备展示、技术报告和学术讨论相结合的形式。参展公司有7家,6家展出了光盘应用系统或产品样本。北京高电光盘公司展出OFF1000型激光光盘文档管理系统,中国北方光学电子总公司展出OEC光盘文件系统,海威电器公司展出EFC档案中心,柯达（中国）有限公司展出柯达缩微讯通系列产品样本,北京蓝星办公自动化通用设备公司展出BLUE2光盘档案管理系统,深圳市科委先科激光电视有限公司展出MEDOC10激光文档存贮系统示意图。另外,沈阳东鹰机械厂展出了磁性档案装具。在展示会上,还请厂家技术人员作光盘技术报告和产品介绍。展出两天,参观者400余人,主要是中央机关、各部委、北京市和解放军系统的档案工作者和档案缩微摄影技术人员。在参观过程中,普遍认为档案工作者应当了解光盘技术和它的性能,探索应用问题,这对加速档案工作现代化有积极作用。座谈会上,大家围绕光盘在档案工作中的应用问题进行了认真的讨论。档案学会王明哲、刘振杰、张仲仁三位副理事长对这次活动给予积极的鼓励,并表示:作为学会组织,要很好发挥作用,把展示会搞好,把讨论
China Archives Association Archives Microfabrication Technical Committee held “Application of Technology Exchange and Equipment Exhibition on Optical Discs in Archives” at Xinhua News Agency Building on November 23 and 24, 1990, and invited relevant personnel on the 25th for discussion. Kodak (China) Co., Ltd. exhibited Kodak Microcontroller Series of product samples, Beijing Bluestar office automation general equipment company exhibited BLUE2 CD-ROM file management system, the Shenzhen Municipal Science and Technology Commission Section Laser Television Co., Ltd. exhibited MEDOC10 laser document storage system diagram. In addition, Shenyang East Eagle Machinery Factory exhibited a magnetic file equipment. In the exhibition, but also manufacturers technical staff for CD-ROM technical reports and product introduction. On display for two days, more than 400 visitors, mainly archivists and archivists at the central authorities, ministries and commissions, the Beijing Municipal Government and the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) system archivists.
