背景对住院医生培训单位所研发的,用以测量家庭医学同一性的测量工具进行评价,并对医生教职员与住院医生所做出的反应进行比较。方法 2007—2008年,将28个焦点组纳入研究,教职员14组,住院医生14组,他们均为培训私人医生的开业项目(P4)的成员。首先对22组实施调查,其余6组采用李克特(LIKERT)五分量表进行验证,小组成员共享了新变量显示框得分解释,并对P4项目的223名教职员和147名住院医生进行同一性调查,做了主成分因子分析,反应区保留项目特征值均>1.0。结果总计有223名家庭医生和147名住院医生完成了同一性调查。项目分析提取载荷范围0.36~0.70。根据项目分组类型,将数据反应分为5个维度:患者/家庭关系、患者满意度、职业生涯的灵活性、平衡从业宽度和深度及患者医疗的普遍特性。与住院医生相比,教员更愿意拓宽并加深开业所需的医学知识,更希望采用各种不同的方法增长他们的医学知识(广度和深度90.6%vs.68.7%;采用不同的方法 95.9%vs.88.3)。与教职员相比,住院医生更希望获得构建从业的吸引力的能力。结论研究者成功地研发并检测了采用5个维度测量住院医生家庭医学同一性的测量工具。就调查项目反应而言,住院医生和教职员之间有所不同,说明此测量工具对重要变化灵敏。
Background The evaluation tool developed by the resident training unit to measure the measurement of family medicine’s identity was compared with that of the physician’s staff and resident physician. Methods From 2007 to 2008, 28 focus groups were included in the study, 14 faculty members and 14 resident residents, all of whom were members of the Open Personal Training (P4) program. The first 22 groups were surveyed and the remaining 6 groups were validated using the LIKERT five-point scale. The panel members shared the score explanation for the new variable display box and did the same for 223 faculty members and 147 residents in P4 project Investigation, done the principal component factor analysis, the reaction zone to retain the project eigenvalues are> 1.0. A total of 223 family doctors and 147 residents completed the same-sex survey. Project analysis extraction load range 0.36 ~ 0.70. According to the project grouping type, the data response is divided into five dimensions: patient / family relationship, patient satisfaction, career flexibility, balance practitioner breadth and depth, and general characteristics of patient care. Compared with residents, instructors are more willing to broaden and deepen the medical knowledge needed to open a business. They also prefer to use different methods to increase their medical knowledge (Breadth and Depth 90.6% vs.68.7%; Different Approaches 95.9% vs .88.3). Residents are more likely than faculty members to gain the attractiveness of building practitioners. Conclusions Researchers have successfully developed and tested measurement tools that measure the family medical identity of residents using five dimensions. In terms of investigating project responses, there is a difference between residents and faculty members, indicating that this measurement tool is sensitive to important changes.
