本试验测定了离体条件下 Bacillus subtilis BS-3菌株对金花梨腐烂菌的拮抗作用。先接种的处理的拮抗作用优于与病原菌同时接种的处理。孢子萌发和菌丝干重试验表明 ,未经高温灭活的代谢物的抑制作用远高于经高温灭活的 BS-3代谢物 ,抑制效应与代谢物浓度成正相关 ,以 1 /80以上体积浓度较为理想。在此基础上 ,采用 B.subtilis代谢物贮前处理金花梨能有效抑制灰霉病的发生 ,以生物制剂浸果结合包膜处理 ,更为有效
In this study, the antagonistic effect of Bacillus subtilis BS-3 strain on the golden pear rot fungus was determined in vitro.
