在商品经济日益发达、市场竞争日趋激烈的条件下,企业的生产经营不可能一帆风顺,尤其是城乡中小企业因受主客观因素制约,出现这样那样的失误和挫折是正常现象。问题在于,面对失误和挫折,企业经营管理者应取什么样的态度?是积极进取,还是消极对待,甚至是一错再错?采取的思想及方法不同,必然导致不同的效果,这方面的例子并不少见。这里,笔者就所知的一些实例作些粗浅剖析,希望能引起企业界同人的兴趣。
Under the conditions of increasingly developed commodity economy and fierce market competition, the production and operation of enterprises cannot be easy. In particular, urban and rural SMEs are subject to subjective and objective factors, and it is normal for such errors and setbacks to occur. The question is, in the face of mistakes and setbacks, what kind of attitude should business managers take? Is it aggressive or negative? Even wrong and wrong? Different ideas and methods will inevitably lead to different results. The examples are not uncommon. Here, the author makes a brief analysis of some of the known examples, hoping to arouse the interest of corporate colleagues.
