世界贸易格局的新变化对大陆和港澳台四方的“大中华”来说既是一个机遇,又是一个挑战。面对世界各国迅速发展外向型经济的机遇和国际贸易日益集团化和地区化的巨大压力.机不可失,时不我待,中国的四方应积极迅速联合起来,建立一个以经济、贸易、技术、资本、资源等方面密切合作为主的“大中华经济协作区”。在区内,进一步开放边界、大幅度减免关税、共同组建国际性的贸易集团、加强资金技术和资源方面的相互融通、设立以港币为通兑货币的区内货币体系。大中华经济协作区一旦建成,将会大大促进大中华四方的经贸发展,使大中华成为世界第三大经济贸易区。这将有利于形成美、日、欧、中为主“四极”世界经济新格局,也将有利于世界经济发展的平衡。
