针对氧枪喷头的结构特点,采用MSC/superform软件对氧枪喷头底部挤压成形进行数值模拟,获得了凸模挤压速度和摩擦系数的最佳值。
Aiming at the structural characteristics of oxygen lance nozzle, the numerical simulation of extrusion at the bottom of oxygen lance nozzle was carried out by using MSC / superform software, and the optimum values of extrusion speed and friction coefficient were obtained.
