该文通过非线性有限元法研究在口腔正畸临床状态下的牙周组织力学响应。通过逆向工程方法将CT扫描获得图像建立起牙颌的三维有限元模型,使用牙周膜非线性本构模型,获得了在相邻牙齿作用下的牙颌组织的力学响应。分析了不同情况下牙齿相互作用力对正畸过程中牙周组织响应的影响,研究对比了牙颌骨的变形对牙齿位移的影响,最后使用数字散斑实验对数值模拟的结果进行了分析和验证。结果表明:牙齿之间的相互作用使得实际作用到牙周组织上的力有较大的变化;分析牙周组织的应力响应应该考虑牙齿之间的相互作用力。
In this paper, we investigate the periodontal tissue mechanical response in orthodontic clinical status by nonlinear finite element method. A three-dimensional finite element model of the dentition was established by reverse engineering. The nonlinear constitutive model of the periodontal ligament was used to obtain the mechanical response of the dentition and jaw under the action of adjacent teeth. The effect of tooth interaction on periodontal tissue response during orthodontics was analyzed. The effect of dental deformation on tooth displacement was analyzed. Finally, the numerical speckle test was used to analyze the results of numerical simulation verification. The results show that the interaction between the teeth makes the actual force applied to the periodontal tissue have a greater change; analysis of stress response of periodontal tissue should consider the interaction between teeth.
