随着国民经济的快速发展,科学技术的投入也越来越大。目前国外已经实现了T型导轨精确校直的自动化,而国内由于技术原因,仍采用较为落后的人工目测校直,仅能满足中低速T型导轨的需求,通过对T型导轨进行建模仿真,确定了最优压下量程,研究目的是为国内T型导轨制造厂商提供适用于自动校直机的T型导轨校直方法,为T型导轨自动校直机的国产化提供参考。
