三步栽培法,即冬季室内培菌,春季大棚(温室)出菇,夏季露地再出菇。实践证明,此栽培法具有产品上市早、产量高、经济效益好等优点。 (一)菌丝培养 原料为王米芯、豆秸、木屑等任选,采用生、熟、半熟、发酵料,袋、箱(筐)、模块栽培均可,菌丝生长对光线和空气要求不严,可大密度集中生产,充分利用厂房容积。 (二)大棚出菇 春季将发菌好的菌袋、菌箱(筐)、菌块与大棚蔬菜间作,采用菌墙、床架或单块摆放,按常规管理出菇。
