本文报告了用比浊法测定12例对照者和40例短暂性脑缺血发作的血小板聚集性,探讨了血小板聚集性的测定对估价 TIA 病人临床进程的价值。认为本文所用的血小板聚集性的测定方法是比较简单和费用较便宜的方法。血小板聚集性测定对估价 TIA 病人的临床进程可能是有用的。
This article reports the turbidimetric assay of 12 controls and 40 patients with transient ischemic attack of platelet aggregation, and discusses the value of platelet aggregation in evaluating the clinical course of TIA patients. It is believed that the assay of platelet aggregation as used herein is a simpler and cheaper method. Platelet aggregation assays may be useful for evaluating the clinical course of TIA patients.
