随着国民经济的不断发展,人民的生活水平得到了显著的提升,人民对医疗服务也有了更多的需求。为此,如何加强医院党建工作,促进医院提升管理水平,也就成了基层医院管理的新课题。下面,笔者在文中主要对医院党建工作的开展实践及创新方式进行探索。
