通过无皂乳液聚合法制备了聚苯乙烯-丙烯酸(PS-AA)纳米粒子,产物粒子呈球状,且具有核壳结构;通过高能球磨法将其分散在乙二醇中,得到一种新型有机高分子体系的剪切增稠液(STF),分别采用动态流变仪和扩散波谱仪(Diffusing Wave Spectroscopy,DWS)对其机械流变性能和微流变性能进行了测试,经对比分析,双层论证了体系剪切增稠的特性。
Polystyrene-acrylic acid (PS-AA) nanoparticles were prepared by soap-free emulsion polymerization. The product particles were spherical and had a core-shell structure. The particles were dispersed in ethylene glycol by high energy ball milling to obtain a novel organic The mechanical rheological properties and the micro-rheological properties of shear-thickening liquid (STF) were tested by dynamic rheometer and diffusive spectroscopy (DWS) respectively. After comparative analysis, Layers demonstrate the system shear thickening characteristics.
