检测34例肺癌患者BALF中4种肿瘤相关物质,结果表明只有CEA一项明显增高,敏感性52.9％,同时血CEA也显著增高,敏感性58.8％。二项平行检测敏感性73.5％,二项系列检测特异性达100％。认为在肺癌诊断中应在血清CEA检测的基础上有选择地进行BALF中CEA等指标的检测。
Detection of 4 tumor-associated substances in BALF of 34 lung cancer patients showed that only CEA was significantly increased with a sensitivity of 52.9%, and CEA was also significantly elevated with a sensitivity of 58.8%. The sensitivity of the two parallel tests was 73.5%, and the specificity of the binomial test was 100%. It is considered that the detection of CEA in BALF should be selectively performed on the basis of serum CEA detection in the diagnosis of lung cancer.
