目的:分析我国西部农村3岁以下儿童鸡蛋添加的影响因素,探求有效的干预途径,为改善农村地区儿童的营养状况提供参考依据。方法:采用分层多阶段抽样的方法,进行横断面调查,用EpiInfo(6·0)建立数据库和逻辑检错程序,采用2次录入法(duplicateentry)进行数据录入,用SPSS11·0进行数据分析。结果:Logistic回归分析显示:影响鸡蛋合理添加的危险因素是少数民族、非母乳喂养、父母亲文化水平低和家庭孩子数多。1999~2001年3年间比较结果表明:2001年鸡蛋开始添加年龄比1999年提前了0·67个月(χ2=62·848,P<0·05),鸡蛋足量添加比例2001年为54·8%,比2000年的41·2%显著提高(χ2=42·578,P<0·05)。结论:在经济条件相对落后的西部农村地区,进行简单有效的辅食添加知识的宣传力度,有望改善当地儿童的辅食添加现状,继而促进其生长发育。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the influencing factors of egg addition in children under 3 years old in western rural areas of China, and to explore effective ways of intervention to provide reference for improving the nutritional status of children in rural areas. Methods: The method of stratified multistage sampling was used to carry out cross-sectional surveys. EpiInfo (6.0) was used to establish the database and logic error detection procedures. Data were entered using duplicate entry and data was analyzed by SPSS11.0 . Results: Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors that affect the rational adding of eggs were minority, non-breastfeeding, low cultural level of parents and more family children. The results of the comparison between 1999 and 2001 show that the age of egg begin to add in 2001 was 0.67 months earlier than that of 1999 (χ2 = 62.848, P <0.05), and the percentage of chicken egg added in 2001 was 54 · 8%, which was significantly higher than 41.2% in 2000 (χ2 = 42.578, P <0.05). Conclusion: In western rural areas where the economic conditions are relatively backward, the promotion of simple and effective supplementary food supplement knowledge is expected to improve the current situation of local children’s supplementary food supplement and then promote their growth and development.
