考察了杂原子(A1、Ti、V、Fe)分子筛上乙苯氧化脱氢的初活性及稳定活性。结果表明,乙苯氧化脱氢活性与分子筛中存在的杂原产种类有关,而与分子筛的酸性没有规律性联系。含Ti、v、Fe的分子筛均表现了氧化脱氢活性,但V、Ti深度氧化严重,只有含Fe的样品才有高的氧化脱氢活性。此外,分子筛的粒度、孔道结构和比表面积对乙苯分子的内扩散阻力及反应的活化能均有影响,进而影响反应活性。
The initial activity and stability of the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene on heteroatom (A1, Ti, V, Fe) zeolites were investigated. The results showed that the activity of the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethylbenzene was related to the types of heterogeneous proanthocyanidins present in the molecular sieve, but not to the acidity of the molecular sieve. The molecular sieves containing Ti, V and Fe all exhibited oxidative dehydrogenation activity, but the V and Ti depths were seriously oxidized. Only Fe-containing samples had high oxidative dehydrogenation activity. In addition, the molecular sieve size, pore structure and specific surface area of ethylbenzene molecules within the diffusion resistance and reaction activation energy have an impact, thereby affecting the reactivity.
