社区卫生服务是基层医疗卫生的组成部分,在城市医疗卫生服务中发挥不可替代的作用。进一步提高社区卫生服务功能和水平,更好地发挥城市社区卫生服务机构作用,为城市居民提供健康保健和医疗卫生服务,是新的医改政策的落脚点也是医改的目的和方向。本文就社区卫生服务体系如何建设,更加符合城市居民健康需求,更好实施公共卫生服务,进行了浅析思考并提出相应对策。
Community health services are an integral part of primary health care and play an irreplaceable role in urban health services. To further improve the function and level of community health services, give better play to the role of urban community health service agencies and provide health care and medical and health services to urban residents is the end point of the new medical reform policy and also the purpose and direction of medical reform. In this paper, how to build a community health service system, more in line with the health needs of urban residents, and better implementation of public health services, conducted a brief analysis and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
