在我国全面建成小康社会的过程中,国企工会履行维权职能的任务相当艰巨,因此当前国企工会应着力加强和改进维权的思路和方式。国企工会务必要牢记维权的目标,即有利于小康社会的全面实现,有利于国企的长期稳定发展,有利于塑造一支不愧时代的职工队伍。
In the course of building a well-off society in an all-round way in our country, the task of carrying out the function of safeguarding state power in state-owned enterprise unions is quite arduous. Therefore, the current union of state-owned enterprises should make every effort to strengthen and improve the ways and means of safeguarding rights. It is imperative for trade unions in state-owned enterprises to bear in mind the goal of safeguarding their rights, that is, they are conducive to the realization of a well-off society in an all-round way, are conducive to the long-term and stable development of the state-owned enterprises and are conducive to shaping a well-deserved workforce.
