近两年来,校长的“课程领导力”是一个被广泛关注和讨论的话题,与之相关,还提出了教研员的“课程指导力”、教师的“课程执行力”。当这些名词于我们不再陌生之时,如何将其真正付诸实践就成了需要重点关注的问题。本期我们请来一位校长、一位教育学院院长和一位学科教师,分别来谈他们对于课程领导力、课程指导力、课程执行力的认识,希望引起对这个问题进一步的思考和实践。
In recent two years, the principal’s “curriculum leadership ” is a subject that has been widely concerned and discussed. Related to this, the author also puts forward the “curriculum guidance” of the instructor and the “executive ability of the teacher” . When these terms are no longer strangers to us, how to put it into practice has become a key issue that needs attention. In this issue, we invite a principal, an education dean and a subject teacher to talk about their respective understanding of curriculum leadership, curriculum guidance and curriculum execution, and hope to arouse further thought and practice on this issue .
