“电子保鲜”是以高频辐射及其臭氧对密封条件下的果蔬进行处理达到常温下长期保鲜贮存的新方法。本文是“电子保鲜”研究的阶段总结,文中讨论了当前保鲜贮存中存在的问题及保鲜的生物学依据,同时论述电子技术用于保鲜的原理、方法及独特性。在几年研究的基础上从宏观效果方面肯定了高频电磁辐射对果蔬保鲜贮存方面的应用价值及其充沛的生命力。与此同时较详细地介绍了自制的小型高频自控处理的实验装置的原理和处理技术.
“Electronic preservation” is a new method of processing fruits and vegetables under the condition of high-frequency radiation and ozone to achieve long-term preservation and storage at normal temperature. This article is a summary of the research stage of “electronic preservation”. The paper discusses the existing problems in fresh storage and the biological basis of preservation, and discusses the principle, method and uniqueness of electronic technology for preservation. On the basis of several years’ research, the application value and abundant vitality of high-frequency electromagnetic radiation in preserving fruits and vegetables are affirmed from the macroscopic effect. At the same time, the principle and processing technology of self-made small-scale high-frequency self-control experimental device are introduced in detail.
