在Q345D钢表面氩弧熔覆TiN+石墨+Ni60,成功制备出Ti(CN)增强镍基复合涂层。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、能谱仪(EDS)及X射线衍射仪(XRD)对熔覆层的组织形貌、成分和相组成进行分析。通过硬度测定和磨损试验,对熔覆层的硬度和耐磨性进行了研究。试验结果表明,熔覆层中原位生成的Ti(CN)增强颗粒弥散分布在基体上;整个涂层组织均匀、无气孔、无裂纹,涂层与基体形成了良好的冶金结合;熔覆层表面显微硬度有了较大的提高;涂层的耐磨性提高了30多倍。
The Ti (CN) reinforced nickel matrix composite coating was successfully prepared by TiN + graphite + Ni60 arc welding on the surface of Q345D steel. The morphology, composition and phase composition of the coating were analyzed by SEM, EDS and XRD. The hardness and wear resistance of the cladding were investigated by hardness measurement and wear test. The experimental results show that Ti (CN) reinforced particles formed in-situ in the cladding layer diffusely distributed on the matrix. The whole coating is uniform, without pores and cracks, and the coating and the matrix form a good metallurgical bond. The surface of the cladding layer Micro-hardness has been greatly improved; wear-resistant coating increased by 30 times.
