患者女,46岁,因左大腿后侧包块2年于1987年4月6日入院。2年前无意中发现左大腿后侧有一约鸡蛋大小包块,无痛。以后逐渐增大。6个月前在当地医院手术,因术中发现包块与坐骨神经关系密切而关闭切口。检查:左大腿中上后侧有约10cm长的手术疤痕。包块大小约10×8×7cm,边界清楚,表面光滑,活动,质中等,无触痛,叩击包块时足底轻度麻木感。临床拟诊为巨大坐骨神经鞘膜瘤。1987年4月17日在硬膜外麻醉下切开探查包块摘除。术中见包块位于深筋膜下,包膜完整光滑,易于
