针对目前工程管理专业教学重理论轻实践的现状,本文结合管理学院工程管理专业实践教学考核采用的学生评教法,建立一个工程管理专业实践教学质量评价指标体系。首先通过督导组专家研究实践教学质量评价的标杆值,然后通过实际值与标杆值进行比较的方法来求工程管理专业实践教学质量评价综合值,最后通过一个案例说明这种基于标杆法的实践教学质量评价方法是合理、科学、操作性强的一种评价方法。
Aiming at the present situation of light practice in engineering management major teaching theory, this paper establishes a project management professional teaching evaluation index system based on the student evaluation method adopted in practice teaching assessment of engineering management major in Management College. First of all, through the steering group of experts to evaluate the benchmarking value of practical teaching quality, and then compare the actual value with the benchmark value to find the integrated value of practical teaching quality of engineering management major, and finally through a case that this benchmarking-based practice teaching Quality evaluation method is a reasonable, scientific and operational evaluation of a method.
