擂杵与料臼转速的匹配是擂溃机设计的重要问题。本文就二者转速的匹配对擂杵杵头在料臼型面上的运动轨迹分布的密集性影响进行分析,在此基础上,归纳推导出二者转速的匹配表达式,并对表达式的应用进行探讨。
The match between the beating pestle and the material mortar speed is an important issue in the design of the beating machine. This paper analyzes the intensive influence of speed matching on the distribution of the trajectories of the clubbed pestle on the die surface. Based on this, the matching expressions of speed of the two components are generalized and deduced. Application to explore.
