目的研究颈-股脉搏波速度(CFPWV)、大动脉弹性指数(C1)、小动脉弹性指数(C2)和冠心病影响因素的相关性,并探讨CFPWV、C1、C2在冠心病早期诊断中的价值。方法将131名受检者分为高血压组和高血压合并冠心病组,应用康普乐(Complior)动脉脉搏波速度测定仪(Artech,France)测定CFPWV,CV Profilor DO-2020型动脉弹性功能测定仪测定C1、C2。结果①与单纯高血压组相比,合并冠心病组的CFPWV、C1、C2均明显增高(P<0.01);②CFPWV与年龄、腔腹血糖(FPG)、甘油三酯(TG)、收缩压(SBP)、脉压(PP)呈正相关(r=0.475,0.186,0.183,0.360,0.455,P<0.05),C1与年龄、SBP、PP呈负相关(r=-0.391,-0.247,-0.283,P<0.01),C2与年龄、BMI、TG、SBP、PP、平均动脉压(MAP)呈负相关(r=-0.365,-0.126,-0.198,-0.340,-0.355,-0.210,P<0.05)。结论 CFPWV和C1、C2可作为早期预测冠心病的无创性敏感性指标。
Objective To study the relationship between CFPWV, aortic elasticity index (C1), arteriolar elasticity index (C2) and influencing factors of coronary heart disease (CHD) and to explore the value of CFPWV, C1 and C2 in the early diagnosis of coronary heart disease . Methods 131 subjects were divided into the hypertensive group and the hypertensive group with coronary heart disease. The arterial elastic function of CFPWV and CV Profilor DO-2020 was measured by Compchi arterial pulse wave velocity analyzer (Artech, France) Determination of C1, C2. Results ① Compared with simple hypertension group, the CFPWV, C1 and C2 were significantly increased in patients with CHD (P <0.01); ② The correlation between CFPWV and age, FPG, TG, systolic blood pressure SBP and PP were positively correlated (r = 0.475,0.186,0.183,0.360,0.455, P <0.05), C1 was negatively correlated with age, SBP and PP (r = -0.391, -0.247, -0.283, There was a negative correlation between C2 and age, BMI, TG, SBP, PP and mean arterial pressure (MAP) (r = -0.365, -0.126, -0.198, -0.340, -0.355, -0.210, P <0.05 ). Conclusion CFPWV and C1, C2 can be used as a noninvasive and sensitive index for the early prediction of coronary heart disease.
