西门子公司于去年开发了一款用于地铁车辆的新型动力Syntegra转向架,这种创新的转向架以永磁同步电动机直接驱动轮对为主要特点,并且将走行、传动和制动三大部分集成于电机轮对系统中,提高了系统的可靠性。对装有Syntegra转向架的动车从理论上进行轴重转移分析计算,并将得到的各轴轮对增(减)载量与实验结果相比较。对比结果表明,Syntegra转向架的轴重转移现象在短轴距的情况下要明显小于同轴距齿轮传动方式的动力转向架。
