昨天听了俞丽萍老师的讲座,俞老师一头长发,声音温柔亲切,初次的印象是一位很温婉的老师。与其说是讲座,不如说是交流会,俞老师将自己百合班的故事,讲述给在座的每一位老师听。一天下来,感受颇多。在自我学习与进步以及班主任教学管理中的一些疑惑也得到了解答。百合班的孩子们就像我们普通班级的孩子们一样,他们有着班级学生共同的问题:上课不注意听讲,打打闹闹,努力学习但是找不对正确的方法……他们也有着学生或者说孩子们这一群体共同的优点:天
